A Title 5 inspection is ncessary when a homeowner wishes to sell, refinance, or change the usage of their home. We offer free advice and recommendations on the least expensive options to repair your septic system.

Q: What are some examples of common septic system failures?
A:

If the municipal sewer service becomes mandated by the town

Q: What if my septic system fails Title 5 Inspection?
A: Title 5 allows up to two years before the completion of repairs. You should also contact your local board of health (BOH) as they will need to approve all upgrades and most repairs.
Q: How long is an inspection report valid?
A: Inspections are good for two years. However, if a system is pumped annually and the pumping records are available, an inspection is valid for up to three years.
