Title 5 Inspections

A Title 5 inspection is ncessary when a homeowner wishes to sell, refinance, or change the usage of their home. We offer free advice and recommendations on the least expensive options to repair your septic system.

RJ Lacombe provides approved state licensed Title 5 inspections. We will provide an accurate and honest evaluation of your septic system.

We inspect septic systems in accordance with 310 CMR 15.303.  Please click here to view the Massachusetts Title 5 code, 310 CMR 15.000.

RJ Lacombe is not an installer of septic systems so you can be guaranteed a non-biased evaluation. Can you trust an installer to perform an unbiased Title 5 inspection?
